Pink Fluff Banana Smoothie

AKA the easiest smoothie ever!

This crowd pleaser has the prettiest colour and best flavour. It’s perfect pre or post workout, at work as a mobile breakfast or for the little ones. It tastes like cotton candy but it naturally sweetened so what’s not to love?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 2-3 medjool dates
  • 1/4 soy milk (or almond, rice, hemp, whatever non dairy you love)
  • 2 spotty ripe bananas
  • splash of water

Method

*Bananas are best when blended as least as possible to desired texture. Throw them in last to whatever smoothies you make.

Remove pits from dates and throw dates into blender. Add strawberries and a bit of water. blend until slushy.

Add bananas and soy milk. blend until smooooooth.

Add cute straw and take a cute Instagram photo (optional..but  this is the moment!)

consume! (of course it will keep for a few hours but it is freshest and best colour when immediately used)

*feel free to add different fruit, little boosts like chia seed, flax and alma powder. you can also modify the amounts. If you like 5 or even 10 bananas… double the berries.
