This month on the LIVE 88.5. Startup, I spoke about some of the fascinating research regarding diet and exercise for managing depression and the winter blues.

While winter blues and the depression can be debilitating illnesses, there’s lots we can do to combat them, including exercise and a plant based diet rich in fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains. Enjoy the discussion!
