Kyle den Bak, B.ed, PTS, SFG is a personal trainer and coach, health educator, accomplished endurance athlete and recognized authority on plant-based nutrition in Ottawa. He offers one on one fitness coaching in The Health Club at the historic Fairmont Château Laurier.
Kyle has been a well-known fitness coach in the Ottawa area since 2006. He draws on his broad education and depth of experience to help a variety of people meet their health and wellness goals. His students span all ages and fitness abilities from seniors, busy professionals, and professional athletes. He also works with corporate groups hosting educational seminars and team building activities.

Kyle holds a BA in Literature and Philosophy, and BA in education. He is a certified personal trainer, Strongfirst Certified Kettlebell instructor and a graduate of the Cornel Plant-Based Nutrition program.
