I have over 12 years of experience performing and excelling on a vegan diet in both strength and endurance sports. Plant-based nutrition has propelled me to run over 5000 kilometers in a year, qualify and run the Boston Marathon multiple times, achieve sub-three hour marathon times and made podium finishes in ultra-endurance events.
I have also been a fitness professional in the Ottawa community for a decade. I have worked with individuals of all ages and fitness ability from seniors, busy professionals, young people to professional athletes. I have had the privilege to work with corporate groups facilitating lunch and learn activities and team building seminars. I have spoken at Ottawa VegFest as a sought after speaker, been a writer for Ottawa Outdoor Magazine and appeared monthly on radio segment on LIVE 88.5 which you can check out here!
