Hi there!

Welcome to my site and allow me to introduce myself. For almost 20 years as a fitness coach, I’ve been dedicated to helping people from all walks of life tap into their inner strength.

To me, fitness is for everyone and I believe that everyone has the potential to be strong, resilient, and healthy. This is true regardless of background or age, and should break barriers between people instead of building them. Change and continual growth are strengths of all humans. So whether you’re just starting to exercise, balancing movement practice with a busy career and/or family, enjoying retirement, managing an illness or life set back, or pushing your limits as an athlete, I can assist with making these changes or evolutions positive, safe and enjoyable.

When you move with ease, you feel better, more connected with your life and more able to live it fully and mindfully. Allow me to be your guide in uncovering the health, joy, strength, and grace that are yours to enjoy.

I’m based in Ottawa, Ontario, where I live with my family and run my own at home gym studio. When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll find me immersed in my hobbies: chess, Qi Gong and all things fountain pen related, reading, enjoying metal music, exploring the outdoors with the kids or (trying) to catch up on rest with a good nap.
