So Good
717 Somerset St. W (Chinatown)
So Good is among the oldest Chinatown vegan friendly restaurants. The menu has countless vegan items. If you reserve the big round table, you can bring lots of friends and order many choices and spin the lazy susan to try them all. There are some favorites that even non vegans rave about such as the salt and pepper tofu. Their noodle soups are great and you can order sake when it’s freezing cold out. The staff is friendly and the owner, Peter will help you navigate the menu and small talk up a storm with you! If you’re watching the oil- order steamed dishes or ask for less oil.
